Ashford Railway Club (Kent) is a members club. Members’ guests can be signed in for £2.  We are family-friendly.  You can find us at Bath Meadow, Beaver Road, Ashford, Kent TN23 7RR.  Our contact number is 01233 620962 and our email address is info@ashfordrailwayclub.co.uk.

The Club is based just opposite the international station, which is also sometimes referred to as the British Rail Sports & Social Club.

The venue is located just off Beaver Road and has its own access road leading round to the car park, where there’s plenty of parking available.

The club has a members bar and separate function room, which can accommodate most types of functions.

A stage area is a perfect place for a DJ or band to set up, with plenty of power sockets available. Access to the stage is through the fire exit to the side of the stage, which is accessed from a separate unloading area from the main car park.

There is a sound limiter (set to 90db) that DJs and bands need to comply with and anyone playing will need to sign the disclaimer to confirm they will obey the limit.

About Our Venue

In 2026 the club have a membership of 800+ of all age groups that were able to participate in a number of indoor sports leagues i.e. Crib, Pool, Darts.

We host weekly clubs that meet regularly for socials,  a regular line dancing, Regular railway reunions. We have the Invicta Seekers who are a metal detecting group, who also meet monthly, and Ashford striders whom start from here every Thursday.

All of which would welcome new members to their groups.

There is a Bingo group who play fortnightly ensuring you have a membership. Alongside that there is weekly bingo on a Monday and Friday from 1pm in the lounge bar.

We hold monthly social events from cabaret, hoy bingo, quizzes and plenty of other fun activities.
